Maseke Game Reserve, spans over 8000 hectares of untouched wilderness, within the Balule Nature Reserve region. Our guided safari game drives take place on this vast landscape, as well as an additional 3000 hectares of riverfront traverse, where the Olifants River flows.

Something close to our hearts. Every guest that stays at 18 On The Hill, contributes to Balule’s conservation efforts to curb Rhino poaching, conservation of wildlife and endangered species as well as ecology in the area.

Completely separate, our Kosher kitchen is equipped with everything required to give our Kosher guests peace of mind, and a top-level taste of Africa. It has designated meat and milk/dairy sections, used solely under strict supervision by trained and approved Mashgichim (Kosher supervisors).
